How do I care for my cutting board?

After use, clean with soapy water on a damp cloth or sponge, dry with a tea towel and stand to allow air to circulate. Do not soak in water or put in the dishwasher, as this will damage the product.

The board will benefit from an occasional application of raw linseed oil applied with a lint-free cloth. Wipe off the excess, stand, and leave to dry. A light sanding as necessary with a fine grit abrasive paper will restore the surface prior to oiling.

We do not recommend the use of any vegetable oils such as olive or sunflower as they may become rancid.

How does delivery work?

Postage and packaging is free. We only deliver within the mainland UK and we use Royal Mail Tracked 48h for all our postal deliveries. We can deliver by hand to your door if you live within a couple of miles of the markets we attend. Please check market dates on our website.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns for unused and undamaged items. All items are handcrafted and made from recycled or sustainably sourced timber. As a result every item is unique! This means that we can't accept returns on the basis of naturally occurring cosmetic irregularities or small differences from the displayed photos.
